The firm is known for its personalized approach to talent acquisition, helping businesses build strong, future-ready teams across industries.

Girish began his career in sales and marketing, holding senior positions at renowned organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services, CNBC-TV18, The Times of India, and Taj Hotels.
